A lovely Villa in the heart of Vilamoura, close enough to walk to the Marina etc but yet far enough to enjoy peaceful surroundings the sound of birds tweeting and the occasional ping of a golf club hitting a ball off the 13th tee! The Villa is fully air conditioned and has 5 bedrooms, 2 of which are ensuite rooms. 1 of the ensuite rooms has a kingsize bed and the 4 other bedrooms have twin beds that convert into super kingsize beds if required. There is a family bathroom on the 1st floor. There is a comfortable Lounge with Smart tv and free Netflix and dining area which seats 10 people. A modern fully equipped kitchen which includes dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. A playroom which has a 50" Smart tv free access to Netflix is provided. A seating area on the balcony and a circular sun bed that converts into a circular seating area with central table on the roof terrace that leads off the mezzanine bedroom. The Villa has its own private swimming pool which can be heated in the cooler months (there is an additional charge for heating the pool) and poolside sun loungers making it a comfortable area to sit or sunbathe. The property is 20 minutes walking distance to the Vilamoura Marina and a bus stops at the end of the cul-de-sac so a car is not necessary. It is also walking distance to the Tennis academy for those seeking lessons or just some tennis court time. There are endless attractions in Vilamoura, not only the numerous golf courses, mini golf and beaches but many others. It is a great place for those who enjoy their exercise as workout benches are provided for those who enjoy such activities along the main avenue in Vilamoura. Tennis courts are also in walking distance.
Tennis courts, beach, marina, boats trips and other trips from the marina, 5* Golf, mini and crazy gol, water park, exercise strip, and loads of activities and attractions, including a casino and some night clubs!
Fly to Faro there should be plenty of flights from Ireland and the UK with Ryanair, easy jet etc.
The property is an approx 20 minute drive from Faro airport. There are taxis and car hire available from faro airport.
There is an additional charge for heating the pool.
